Cancellation and No Show Policy

24-hour notice is required for cancellations – Should you cancel session within 24 hours of appointment time, you will be charged the full session rate. All forms of cancellations will need to be done in written form (email) or phone call notification. You are considered a no show after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and will be charged full session rate.
